Welcome to MYUSIC

By creating an account or using MYUSIC, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use MYUSIC. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't create fake or duplicate accounts.

What You Share

You can share songs, comments, and other content on MYUSIC. You keep ownership of what you create. By posting, you give MYUSIC permission to display your content within the app. We don't claim ownership of your music taste.

Community Standards — Zero Tolerance

MYUSIC has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may NOT post or share content that:

• Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens other users
• Is sexually explicit or inappropriate
• Is spam, scams, or misleading
• Infringes on anyone's intellectual property
• Promotes illegal activities

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban — without notice.

Users can report objectionable content using the in-app reporting feature, and we will act on reports within 24 hours.

Music and Copyright

MYUSIC does not host or distribute music files. We link to third-party services (Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music) for streaming and previews. Song metadata, album artwork, and previews are provided by third-party APIs and belong to their respective owners.

Your Privacy

Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app's Settings.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app. The latest version is always available at myusic.app/terms.html.
